Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their team in the Western Cape. This role is an integral part of the Senior Finance Management team, reporting directly to the UK Head of Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring local statutory accounting and taxation compliance, overseeing grower's contracts, and supporting policy implementation. Detailed Job Description: As a Finance Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure local statutory accounting and taxation compliance. You'll adapt processes in line with changes in SA GAAP and IFRS, ensuring timely compliant VAT returns. You'll oversee the delivery of robust compliant monthly numbers, support legal with contract data and system entry, manage day-to-day audit-compliant processes, liaise with external service providers including taxation, audit and banking, communicate effectively with growers, marketers, and exporters. Additionally, you'll deliver weekly and monthly reports internally and externally.
