In this role, youll manage and oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management : Oversee daily finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Financial Reporting : Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and company standards. Cost Control : Analyze costs, variances, and operational efficiencies to support cost-saving initiatives. Compliance : Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements, including managing internal and external audits. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous development. Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with senior management and other departments to align financial objectives with business strategy. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and efficiency within the finance function. Qualifications and Experience : Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification is essential. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in finance management, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Technical Skills: Proficient in IFRS, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Systems Proficiency: Strong skills in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel capabilities. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal teams and senior leadership.
