In this role, youll manage and oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee daily finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and company standards.Cost Control: Analyze costs, variances, and operational efficiencies to support cost-saving initiatives.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements, including managing internal and external audits.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with senior management and other departments to align financial objectives with business strategy.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and efficiency within the finance function. Qualifications and Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification is essential.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in finance management, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.Technical Skills: Proficient in IFRS, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.Systems Proficiency: Strong skills in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel capabilities.Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal teams and senior leadership.Adaptability: Able to quickly adjust to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
