Reference: NFR003186-TKa-1Four month contract - The Project Manager will be responsible for aligning the operational and ERP systems and to lead the system development and implementation projects related to stock management and fixed asset creation in line with company policies and industry best practices.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis is a four month contract. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, hands-on and is able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. This is not a typical finance reporting and compliance role but is operationally focused to implement systems, processes, controls and procedures to support the business objectives.Reconcile jobs between the operational and ERP systems and resolve identified differencesManufacturing build history audit and maintenancePerform root cause analysis on differences identified and drive system and process enhancements with consultants and internal departments to prevent recurrence, creating robust systems, integrations and processesImplement, standardise and document process flows and standard operating proceduresEstablish and implement relevant KPIs to monitor complianceWill be responsible to align the operational and ERP systems and to lead the system development and implementation projects related to stock management and fixed asset creation in line with company policies and industry best practicesReport to Director, to make sound business decisionsEnsure all project closureWork with the operational, IT and finance teamImprove stock and asset control proceduresAd hoc tasks of a strategic nature as required by the Executive DirectorsJob Experience & Skills Required:Qualified Chartered Accountant or CIMA7+ years of proven operational finance management experienceOperational experience in a manufacturing / distribution environmentProven ability to implement systems, process and improvement initiativesStrong knowledge of operational Performance Indicators (KPIs) relating to stock and fixed asset managementImplementing best practice policiesStrong project managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffectively multitaskStrategic thinkingIntegrityCan work with diverse peopleIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
