Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends and variances to support business decisions.Cash Flow Management:Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring efficient cash usage and liquidity. Prepare and present cash flow forecasts to the senior management team.Cost Management & Efficiency:Develop cost-saving strategies and implement measures to improve financial efficiency in operations. Analyze costs and advise on profitability improvement opportunities.Tax Compliance:Oversee the preparation and submission of all tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations (e.g., VAT, income tax).Audit & Compliance:Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring that all financial practices are compliant with regulatory standards.Team Leadership & Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, including sales, procurement, and operations, to ensure financial alignment across the organization. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior finance team members.Financial Strategy & Risk Management:Assist the executive team with financial planning, risk management, and investment decision-making.
