Finance Manager: Operations

Key Responsibilities:Internal Controls: Develop and implement effective internal control systems to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.Budget Management: Lead the development of the annual operating budget, aligning financial planning with the company's strategic goals.Financial Statements: Oversee the preparation, review, and timely submission of accurate financial statements.Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.Risk Management: Identify financial risks and establish risk mitigation plans.Cost Control: Manage and monitor costs across departments to optimize financial performance.Requirements:Educational Qualification: Minimum of a BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a financial management role, preferably within the agricultural or similar industry.Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and excellent communication abilities.Knowledge: Familiarity with agriculture sector operations is an asset.
