Finance Manager: Operations

Key Responsibilities: Internal Controls: Develop and implement effective internal control systems to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance. Budget Management: Lead the development of the annual operating budget, aligning financial planning with the company's strategic goals. Financial Statements: Oversee the preparation, review, and timely submission of accurate financial statements. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and establish risk mitigation plans. Cost Control: Manage and monitor costs across departments to optimize financial performance. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Minimum of a BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a financial management role, preferably within the agricultural or similar industry. Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and excellent communication abilities. Knowledge: Familiarity with agriculture sector operations is an asset.
