ZaPOP is seeking an exceptional, energetic, dynamic and talented Finance Manager to join our finance team at our offices in Durbanville, to provide and keep accurate and complete financial records for our group of companies.
The Finance Manager will be in charge of managing all financial activities across the group of companies. This includes overseeing budgeting, financial reporting and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. They will also be responsible for developing financial strategies, analysing data to guide business decisions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Managing finance team to accurately deliver financial results within given deadline.
Interpretation and presentation of monthly financial reports to the Managing Director.
Budgets and Projections.
Managing of annual Audits.
Revise and adjust income rates according to analysis of costing and market conditions.
Execute as well as review different commission calculations.
Treasury function.
Overseeing the Debtors and Creditors functions.
Review of monthly payroll.
SARS and other legislative compliance.
What we require from you:
Matric/Grade 12.
6+ years relevant Finance Manager experience.
Qualification – CA(SA) or CIMA.
Chartered Accountant (SA) - optional.
Knowledge of Company and Tax Laws.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
