Ensure accurate and timely financial reportingForecasting and budgeting at subsidiary levelManaging month-end closure processesOverseeing the finance team's performanceCapturing and reconciliation of inter-company transactionsEnsure compliance with all statutory requirements (IT/VAT/PAYE)Administer the payroll function (SimplePay)Collaborating with other departments reliant on financial dataTaking charge of general tasks within the finance departmentQualifications:Minimum qualifications include:
Tertiary degree in accounting or financeCompleted SAICA or SAIPA articlesMinimum 2 years related work experiencePractical accounting experience including the preparation of financial statementsAdvanced computer skills (E.g.
