Finance Manager

To perform daily operational financial activities and to formulate and implement effective strategies that is aligned with business strategy & plans.
Create and manage operational budget/costs, including to allocate budget resources.
Managing Company contracts and managing procurement of items Coordinate and improve business operations/processes for effective and efficient use of resources Manage financial recording system Manage financial management systems Develop & implement asset management policies & procedures Manage & monitor Insurance and Investment portfolio Manage company taxation Develop & Manage budget process Monitor & report on budgets Matric NQF 4 Relevant tertiary qualification Accounting Degree NQF 7 (Highly advantageous) Chattered Account (Highly Advantageous) 5 years related experience in Financial Management Must have a valid SA drivers license Computer Literacy MS Excel and other MS-Office programs Financial Acumen Knowledge of relevant legislation & GAAP Knowledge of financial & accounting practices Business Acumen Presentation skills Planning & Organising Skills Communication & Listening Skills Negotiation Skills Conflict Handling Skills Analytical Skills Time Management Skills
