Finance Manager

Job PurposeOversee and ensure the integrity of monthly financial reporting, general ledger management, compliance, and financial operations. Prepare accurate financial and tax reports for shareholders and government authorities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Educational Qualifications:BCom Honours or Honours in Accounting or a related field.Preferably a registered Chartered Accountant (CA).Experience:5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles, with a proven track record of leadership and managerial responsibilities.Experience with overseeing financial reporting processes, including preparation of management accounts, annual financial statements, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Familiarity with financial operations, including cash flow management, taxation, and fixed asset accounting.Experience managing audits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including IFRS.Experience with Oracle financial systems or similar ERP systems is preferred.Experience and working knowledge of Syspro.
