Finance Manager

Responsibilities will include the following:Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.Prepare and oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.Qualifications:Chartered Accountant (CA)/CIMA/SAIPA designation or equivalent professional accounting qualification. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing senior-level staff.Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Advanced knowledge of accounting software and financial systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team.Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions based on financial data.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of financial management.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
