Finance Manager

NDC Personnel and Contractors is seeking a Financial Manager to join a well-established FMCG company based in the Western Cape where they will manage the financial and management accounting functions.

To be successful in this role, you should have a BCom as well as CA(SA) and/or CIMA registration and at least 10 years' experience in a similar role. We're looking for a finance fundie with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a strong interest in the operational side of business. Key responsibilities include managing operational and CAPEX budgets, forecasts, and business cases; overseeing month-end closures to ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting; and monitoring and controlling operational, capital expenditure, and project costs. Additionally, the role involves leading a high-performing team, managing quota reporting, and overseeing product costing.
