Finance Manager

You're worried about getting it right, not being right.Problem Solver: There's always a best solution, and you come prepared into conversation with answers, not complaining about problems.Proactive: You're a self-starter and do not need to be told what to do.Ownership: You take full responsibility for projects and their outcomes, both good and bad.Effort: You go above and beyond, don't just do the bare minimum.If you don't check all of these boxes, please don't apply!Experience:5+ years of previous experience in Finance / Accounting / Transfer Payments / Internal Transfers (AP/AR Payments / Transaction Reconciliations).2+ years working overseas with a US company.Key Responsibilities:Audit Planning: Assist in the development of audit plans, including defining scope, objectives, and timelines.Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and processes to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.Documentation: Prepare detailed audit workpapers, documenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations.Reporting: Assist in the preparation of audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.Follow-Up: Track and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure corrective actions are taken.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and audit team members to gather necessary information and ensure a comprehensive audit process.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of audit methodologies, tools, and processes.
