As a FinanceManager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring financial health and transparency, enabling them to continue their mission of sustainable growth.Responsibilities:Oversee financial systems and reporting mechanisms to ensure efficiency and compliance.Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance and cost accounting.Conduct thorough audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.Develop strategies for long-term financial goals aligned with the company's mission of positively impacting local communities and the environment.Skills:Afrikaans & English SpeakingStrong understanding of accounting principles, finance regulations, and auditing standards.Proficient in Afrikaans with excellent communication skillsQualifications:2-5 years of experience in systems and reporting, running accounts, and auditing.Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team environment
