Develop, manage and control the financial monitoring and reporting of the business both to internal and to external auditable standards in order that the business can operate and produce accurate financial accounts and meet statutory requirements, local GAAP and IFRS Standards.
Manage all internal and external audit activities.Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.3.
To act as/coordinate with Company Secretary to meet all accounting and legal requirements such that the business conforms to the requirements laid down by the Companies Activities4.

Execute and drive the B-BBEE plan and implementation.

The jobholder requires a wide spectrum of experience to handle all aspects of management of finance, budgeting, insurance, credit control and business operations for a stand-alone Limited Company.
