Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Analyze expenses, tariffs, and utilities to optimize profitability.
Property Portfolio Oversight: Manage financial operations for 80 sites, working directly with landlords.
Ensure financial processes align with property management goals.
Auditing & Compliance: Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders (5 reports).
Client Services: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing financial queries and concerns.
Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency.
Train and mentor junior staff as needed.
Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelors Degree in Commerce (BCom) or similar (non-negotiable).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of property management finance experience.
Proven experience managing financial operations in both commercial and residential portfolios.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MDA property management software.
Strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and utilities management.
Soft Skills: Exceptional client service orientation.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
