Finance Manager

Introduction If you have a head for business and you enjoy problem-solving, you could be the Finance Manager we're looking for.
Duties & Responsibilities Establish and implement department procedures, modifying as necessary.
Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
Oversees cash flow management.
Responsible for month-end close and all account reconciliations to provide an accurate financial representation of the company.
Prepares and monitors budget, with input from all departments.
Provides management with timely reviews of the organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.
Prepares and reviews financial statements.
Reviews and audits company accounts for consistency and accuracy.
Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies.
Establishes relations with banks, financial institutions, and international suppliers.
Requirements Desired Experience & Qualification • Postgraduate Hons in Bcom Accounting or BAcc Accounting • 3 years experience in managing teams in a medium sized organization • Must be a qualified CA(SA)
