Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:Financial Management:Oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Analyze expenses, tariffs, and utilities to optimize profitability.Property Portfolio Oversight:Manage financial operations for 80 sites, working directly with landlords.Ensure financial processes align with property management goals.Auditing & Compliance:Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance.Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders (5 reports).Client Services:Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing financial queries and concerns.Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring trust and satisfaction.Team Leadership:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency.Train and mentor junior staff as needed.Qualifications & Experience:Education:Bachelors Degree in Commerce (BCom) or similar (non-negotiable).Experience:Minimum 5 years of property management finance experience.Proven experience managing financial operations in both commercial and residential portfolios.Technical Skills:Proficient in MDA property management software.Strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and utilities management.Soft Skills:Exceptional client service orientation.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Whats on Offer:A pivotal role in a reputable property management company.Opportunities to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment.Competitive remuneration package.How to Apply:If you meet the above requirements and are eager to take your finance career to the next level, wed love to hear from you!
