This role offers a chance to guide financial direction and make impactful decisions within an expanding manufacturing environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring growth and development.Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, half-year, and year-end financial accounts and reports for management.Cost Analysis: Conduct WIP and cost accounting for manufactured inventory; analyze costs and sales performance.Budgeting and Planning: Manage company budget, develop financial trends and projections, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.Cash Management and Compliance: Oversee cash position, manage debtors and creditors, and ensure financial compliance through liaising with auditors.QualificationsB.
