We are seeking a talented Financial Manager to lead our finance team in the Gauteng South region, to be based in the Johannesburg office.
The Responsibilities Fiscal responsibility for the Gauteng South RegionTransactional data processing including timesheets, expense claims and invoicesRegional budgeting and cost control within prescribed authorisation limitsCashflow managementLockup management in respect of WIP and ARRegional financial reporting on a monthly basisProcurement management of all new suppliers and maintenance of existing suppliersProject Administration and ManagementProject setups from inception to close outProject cost managementProject billings and collectionsProject profitability reporting and analysisAsset and insurance managementSustainability managementSupervision and Management of all Regional finance staffStaff welfare and re-assignment of duties in line with regional requirementsTraining and development of staff including annual performance reviewsWorkplace agility in respect of problem solving and reduction of inefficienciesRecommended Qualifications, Skills, and Experience 3-year financial diploma or Degree equivalentCompleted Articles5+ years of technical finance and proven management experienceExperience with the BST and/or SAP software package (or similar), is preferableProven knowledge of financial analysisExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsAbility to problem solve and work within tight deadlines and under pressureAnalytical skillsGood interpersonal skillsWe believe that a diverse workforce is key to our business success.
