RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our Clients team.
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to our management team.

Responsibilities 1.Financial Management and Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flows, and variance analyses.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Develop and maintain financial accounting for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control.

Budgeting and Forecasting Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets, including operating and capital expenditure budgets.
Conduct monthly financial forecasts and monitor the company's performance and spending against budget.

Internal Controls and Compliance Develop, implement, and maintain financial and internal control policies and procedures to ensure the protection of company assets.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry financial regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely and successful completion of the external audit process.

Cash and Risk Management Monitor cash balances and forecasts; manage working capital.
Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
5. Business Partnering and Analysis Work closely with other departments, providing financial insights, and supporting business decisions.
Conduct business modelling and financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Taxation Oversee tax planning and compliance Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent Finance Degree (B.Com Accounting or B.Compt) CA(SA) qualification with completed articles 3+ years of experience in financial management or a similar role Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail Must be able to stay calm when under pressure and in stressful situations Performance and deadline oriented Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across various stakeholders Proactive with the ability to multi-task Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt as well as work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Out-of-the-box thinking Reliable transport This is an office-based position in the Woodmead Branch Benefits Competitive Salary + benefits Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
