Finance Manager

My client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and manage their financial transactional processes across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations, reporting, and risk management, while driving system optimization and cross-functional collaboration.This role is based in Bryanston, Johannesburg North.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable Management: Oversee AP processes to meet reporting deadlines, ensuring accurate supplier reconciliations and timely payments. Lead vendor management with adherence to policies and workflow automation.Accounts Receivable Management: Ensure accurate processing and reconciliation of sales, bank transactions, and billings for franchisee and non-franchisee operations. Manage franchisee billing and sales data collection.Risk Management & Financial Reporting: Oversee AR collection, minimizing credit risks, fraud, and liquidity risks. Produce financial reports to support management in decision-making.System Optimization: Continuously improve financial systems and workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to achieve financial control objectives and support management goals.Qualification and Requirements:Completed BCom degree in Finance.Completed Articles or CIMA designation would be advantageous.5 years management experience.Industry experience: FMCG or RetailProficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.Excellent communication and risk management abilities.
