Degree compulsory CIMABCOM degree8-10 years' experience as a Financial ManagerFMCG experience advantageousExpert level excel experience Implement and maintain the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, andoverseeing the preparation of all financial reporting within the CompanyEnsure effective communication with the Board Members on the financial forecasts andoperating revenueAdvise on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions.Provide assistance and advice to departments and staff regarding general budgeting andfinancial reporting needs, including business plans, costing and pricing proposals, etc.Manage and assist with the preparation, consolidation and review of strategy, plans andbudgets for the division and each branch (Operational and Capex).Assist with the training within the company in relation to financial responsibilities, both on the job and through participation in workshops and discussion groupsCoach non-financial managers on interpreting and communicating financial dataManage the Financial team/s ensuring fair allocation of workloadManage the delivery of operational activities of staffProvide input and feedback from performance reviews and assist in improving staff'sperformanceSchedule staff leave and maintain staff recordsSupervise, teach and motivate the teamTake responsibility for staff work, induction and on-job training
