We are looking for a Finance Manager who will drive financial excellence and strategic growth. As the the Finance Manager you will be the backbone of fiscal stability, ensuring smart budgeting, accurate forecasting, and seamless financial operations to keep the business thriving. What you'll do: Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans aligned with business objectives. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively to meet operational requirements and financial obligations. Optimize working capital and liquidity to support business operations. Monitor cash flow forecasts and implement cash management strategies. Your expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry or business unit environment. Alternatively, a National Diploma with 10 years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and ERP systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proven experience as Business Unit Financial Manager or other managerial position Experience in reporting / management accounting and running full financial function. Good understanding of commercial and business processes Good knowledge of financial systems Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills Problem Solving, Numerical, Analytical and Computer skills. Ability to identify key drivers and opportunities to improve Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or financial management.
