Finance Manager JSE Listed Real Estate Leader Our client, a JSE listed giant in the Real Estate sector, with over 20 years of market presence and a footprint across Africa, is looking to expand their Finance team with the addition of a Finance Manager.Ideal Candidate: Must have SAICA articles, be a CA(SA) and have a minimum of 6 years of post-articles experience, ideally within the property (real estate) space.Strong expertise in reporting, budgeting, foreign exchange exposure, liaison with auditors, and consolidations.
