Finance Manager

Job DescriptionA financial services company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join their team on a hybrid basis. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the workflow of their trainee accountants, ensuring that all deadlines are met. You will also handle complex financial tasks, including reconciliations, tax opinions, and reviews of monthly management accounts for a diverse client base. Additionally, you will oversee payroll, tax returns, and provide guidance and support to junior accountants. This is a hybrid position (one or two days work from home, based in Bryanston).RequirementsFinancial reporting, drafting and preparation of financial statementsMust have an advanced knowledge of Excel and related functionsTax practitioner and tax-related degreeExperience with accounting software and systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and managerial skillsAbility to work in a teamRelevant Finance or Accounting qualification (BCompt Honours or Chartered Accountant)Worked in auditing and wanting to remain in an audit, tax, and accountancy-related fieldExperience in the tax and accounting industryBenefitsHybrid position: 2 days at home and 3 days in the office in Bryanston.
