Financial Management:- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting (annual and quarterly), and financial reporting in conjunction with the MD.- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.- Manage financial risks and develop strategies for financial growth and stability.- Coordinate audits and ensure timely and accurate financial statements.- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.- Collaborating with international financial teams and follow directives.- Any other financial functions that occur in a multinational Strategic Planning and Business Development:- Play a key role in the strategic planning process, developing and implementing business strategies for the Sub-Sahara region along with the MD.- Assist in identifying possible new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and business Team Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and operations teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.- Manage performance and provide regular feedback to team members.- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Management:- Develop, negotiate, and manage SLAs with business partners in conjunction with the MD.- Monitor and ensure compliance with all SLAs, addressing any issues or discrepancies Competencies:1.
