RPO's client, an established ICT Company, is seeking a dedicated Financial Manager to oversee and manage their financial and accounting operations.The Financial Manager will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization, implementing financial strategies, and ensuring robust financial control and reporting systems.Responsibilities:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flows, and variance analysesEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)Develop and maintain financial accounting for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit controlCoordinate the preparation of annual budgets, including operating and capital expenditure budgetsConduct monthly financial forecasts and monitor the company's performance and spending against budgetDevelop, implement, and maintain financial and internal control policies and procedures to ensure the protection of company assetsEnsure compliance with all regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry financial regulationsCoordinate with external auditors and ensure timely and successful completion of the external audit processMonitor cash balances and forecasts; manage working capitalIdentify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risksWork closely with other departments, providing financial insights and supporting business decisionsConduct business modelling and financial analysis to support strategic initiativesOversee tax planning and complianceRequirements:CA(SA) qualification with completed articles3+ years of experience in financial management or a similar roleProficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong administrative skills with high attention to detailMust be able to stay calm when under pressure and in stressful situationsPerformance and deadline orientedExcellent interpersonal and communication skills across various stakeholdersProactive with the ability to multi-taskExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt as well as work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:R850 - R960K per annum + benefitsContact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
