Overview:The duties of this role include preparing and reviewing of monthly process with the finance team, as well as supporting both the finance team (with 3 direct reports) and the relevant GM of the 3 markets. The position reports into the Finance Executive, and is based in East London. Minimum requirements:Grade 12 / MatricComplete Bcom / equivalent Bachelor's degree5+ years' experience in a Commercial experienceStaff management experience Responsibilities:Financial Reporting and AnalysisReview of Final tax calculation and submissionTo present and discuss all Corporate taxes with CFOFinancial statements preparation - reviewSupport finance teams with audit queries and completions Financial Planning and BudgetingReview of Operational plan budget and 5 year plan to be prepared / maintainedReview the monthly cashflow forecastReview the weekly / daily cashflow needs Project Management and SupportSupports and runs projects with the FMPerform internal audit on markets ensuring processes are followed and internal controls are sound Training and SupportTraining in relevant accounting softwareReviewing beneficiaries onto the banking platformSupport food cost analyst Other DutiesAdditional tasks / activities not listed, such as ad-hoc reporting or analysis.
