Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:Oversee financial and management accounting processesPrepare year-end and monthly closings in accordance with local GAAPManage treasury tasks and maintain relationships with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and authoritiesCoordinate reporting and communication with Germany-based group headquarters, including group financial statements and management reportingDevelop and maintain periodic planning and forecastingProvide analysis and reporting support to regional senior management and business functionsContribute to business development initiativesContinuously optimize accounting, controlling, and reporting processes, including ERP systems (SAP B1), in alignment with group requirementsQualifications:Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Accounting with a focus on controlling/accounting, or a comparable qualificationProven professional experience in accounting/controlling within an industrial companyIn-depth knowledge of commercial and tax law accounting regulationsExperience working in an international business environment and group organizationSelf-motivated with strong organizational skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesCreativity and open-mindednessProficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS ExcelSAP knowledge, specifically SAP B1Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plusThe ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
