Job Description

What is in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor worldwideLearning programs through our AcademiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities.What you will be doing: Reporting to General Manager.Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the hotel's objectives.Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.Develop and implement financial control procedures and systems; maintain records for internal and external audits; ensure compliance with government regulations and contractual agreements.Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance and achieve operational efficiencies. Qualifications

Your experience and skills include: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand.
Maldives' work experience is preferred.Proficient in English.Experience with OPERA, MC, Micros and Sun system.Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.Proactive, excellent negotiation and communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
