Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager, your duties could include the following:Supervise and manage project bookkeeping, including cashbook processing and journal entriesEnsure timely preparation and review of bank reconciliationsOversee compliance for project debit cards, staff debtors and expense claimsEnsure all funder and statutory deadlines are metProvide financial management support to programme directorsAssist departments with finance-related activitiesEnsure accurate VAT accountingTake overall responsibility for the preparation and execution of all fund-related auditsAssist with the preparation and execution of statutory auditsEnsure effective cash flow managementOversee loan account and inter-account transfersEnsure timely preparation and submission of all monthly expense claims and financial reports to fundersProvide insights to senior management, the board, and external stakeholders through review of project financial reportsEnsure all reports are reconciled with the underlying financial systemFoster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersCommunicate and assign high-level plans to the teamParticipate in the performance review processSkills & Experience: Minimum 3 Years of post-article experienceStrong knowledge of SAPQualification:Qualified CA(SA)Contact HAYLEY MULDER on
