Responsibilities: Produce and evaluate monthly performance and check all balance sheet accountsVerify correct liquidity, and investment opportunities to maximize earningsPrepare annual budget, forecasting and planning for financial needs, ensure it aligns with the organizations goalsVerify compliance with financial regulations and standards, manage risk assessmentsOrganize and manage internal and external audits, provide timely and accurate information and promptly address audit findingsCompare company's financial performance against budget and goals, identifying areas for cost saving and improvementsDevelop financial strategies to support long-term business objectivesCommunicate with investors, banks, financial stakeholders, ensure transparent communication and build strong relationshipsManage tax planning and compliance with all laws and regulations, ensure tax liabilities are minimizedGuide and develop finance staff, provide professional development opportunitiesAssess and apply financial systems and tools that improve efficiency and accuracyAnalyze revenue streams and profitability, provide insight to support strategic decisionsAnalyze and negotiate financial aspect of contracts with suppliers, customers, and partnersRequirements: Must have undergraduate qualification in Financial Accounting Financial Management recognized by SAQAMust be trained and have working knowledge of QuickTrav, BSP, Word and Excel Must have 5 years working experience as FM, 3 years experience within the travel industry and managing staff Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
