This hands-on role requires team management experience, as well as the ability to align operations with business goals. You will report directly to the CFO and work closely with leadership to maintain financial efficiency and control.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial operations and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance;Manage stock control processes to ensure efficient operations;Lead and mentor the finance team to meet business objectives;Collaborate with leadership to align finance and operations with strategic goals;Prepare and present financial reports to the CFO and key stakeholders;Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (BCom or BSc);Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;Proven financial management experience with a focus on stock control;Team management experience (non-negotiable);Ability to work on-site full-time;Strong leadership and communication skills.
