As the Finance Manager you would be required to present complex data in a way that others can understand, take responsibility for a range of accounting duties while maintaining high-quality accountancy practices and working procedures, coupled with financial stability and helping to drive the company forward.Manage internal financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systemsManage budgets and prepare forecasting reportsAnalyse financial reports and present findings to the exco team and boardReview company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costsAnalyse market trends to maximize profits and find expansion opportunitiesIdentify risks, propose solutions and manage stakeholder expectationsResearch and report on business performance influencesPrepare and present statutory accounts – Including monthly, half year and year closeManagement and submissions of all taxes, VAT and HMRC across South Africa and United KingdomManage the purchase and sales ledgerPreparation of asset lists and management of suchResponsibility for accounts receivable and payable ledgersPrepare monthly accruals, prepayments and accounting entriesPreparation and delivery of management accounts and solvencyMaintaining and supervising the human resource processes such as Payroll, Payment releases, employment PAYEWork closely with Operations Director to strategically manage financial KPI's and targetsClient debtors and creditors: Management of Age Analysis with OperationsSkills and QualificationsBcom Accounting degree5 Years experience in a management levelNumeracy and technical skillsProficient I.T. skillsPackage & RemunerationR 500000 - R 550000
