Finance Manager – Cape Town (Southern Suburbs)

Technical Competencies & Responsibilities Relevant managerial experience in a commercial/operational environment. Experience managing a finance team. Knowledge of Xero Accounting. Plan and coordinate the external audit process. Review annual financial statements of all entities. Identify, develop & implement effective work processes, procedures, and controls. Experience setting budgets for each company and division. Analyse monthly accounts and produce financial reports. Oversee preparation of all financial reporting. Manage actual budget against approved budget. Must be fluent in English. Behavioural Competencies: Strong communication skills, written and verbal at all levels. Multitasking skills.
