If you're an experienced Finance Manager, this sounds appealing to you, then you need to apply today!ResponsibilitiesFinancial management and accountingSupervise and manage project bookkeeping including cashbook processing and journalsEnsure the preparation of bank reconciliations and reviewsProvide oversight and compliance on project debit cards, staff debtors and expense claimsEnsure all funder and statutory deadlines are metProvide financial management support to programme directorsProvide assistance to departments for finance-related activitiesReview and release electronic payments and transfersEnsure completeness and accuracy of the fixed asset registerOverall responsibility of the financial management / trial balance as allocatedCash flow managementEnsure adequate cash-flow managementEnsure loan account and inter account transfers are doneReporting and budgetingEnsure all monthly expense claims and financial reporting are prepared and submitted to funders on timeProvide insight to senior management, board and external parties through review of financial reporting for projectsEnsure that all reports are reconciled to the underlying financial systemMaintain and build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersPeople managementEnsure high level plans are communicated and assigned to the teamEngage in the performance review processMinimum Requirements2 years' post articles experienceNPO/NGO experienceKnowledge of PEPFARExperience with ERP systemsSkills, competencies and abilities:Non-judgmentalProblem solvingExcellent organisational and administration skillsReporting and statisticsSalary: R650 000 CTC - R750 000 CTC depending on experienceWorking model: Hybrid - 2 days WFH, 3 days in office
