Tomorrowland is looking for a highly skilled Finance Area Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the financial management in Brazil and deliverables across key subdomains, including Cashflow, FP&A, Payables & Receivables, Accounting, and Systems. Responsibilities: Oversee the finance team, organizational structure, and relationships with suppliers.Manage work schedules for financial planning, budgeting, festival operations, and post-event closing.Set deadlines and weekly milestones, ensuring alignment with both internal teams and third-party suppliers.Collaborate closely with all departments on finance-related matters.Align with DC Set and WAOW counterpart teams for cross-functional cooperation.Monitor and control budgets.Prepare and structure reports for various audiences, including the board, senior management, teams, and other departments.Create financial statements and reports, providing feedback and recommendations.Key Duties: Collaborate with the board and management to develop financial goals and business strategies.Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making and provide insights into company performance.Offer financial advice to managers across different business units based on project needs.Build revenue models considering variables such as exchange rates, audience demographics, ticket pricing, and sponsorships.Manage cash flow and develop investment strategies.Forecast financial outcomes by analyzing market trends, historical data, and other financial inputs.Oversee contracts with key suppliers, including security for cashiers, armored cars, and cashless systems.Act as the point of contact with the Legal team regarding supplier payments, workflow definitions, and insurance negotiations.Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and liaise with government bodies when necessary.Maintain positive relationships with external auditors, banks, and suppliers.Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring adherence to relevant laws, guidelines, and regulations.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance.Experience in the event industry is a plus.Personal Profile: Detail-oriented and highly organized.Strong communication skills with a structured and transparent approach.Excellent stakeholder management, including liaising with direct reports, counterparts, and senior leadership.Proactive and hands-on negotiator with strong problem-solving skills.Calm under pressure, with the ability to think creatively in challenging situations.Fluent in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.Adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Join our team and be part of creating unforgettable experiences at Tomorrowland!
