Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with strong financial acumen and experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Analyze financial data and provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
4. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
5. Manage and oversee the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
6. Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
7. Monitor and assess financial risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure financial stability and growth.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management and reporting.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis.
4. Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems and Excel.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. High level of integrity and professionalism.
