Management LevelSenior AssociateJob Description & SummaryA career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You'll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.As a part of our Payroll team, you'll help PwC manage and administer timely, accurate, and efficient processing of our payroll operations. To assist and support other Payroll Consultants. The Payroll consultant will be part of the Payroll team in Waterfall. The purpose of the position is to perform payroll administration activities for the Payroll department.Qualifications / Certifications required:Grade 12 / Matric / DiplomaExperience required:Minimum 2 years experience in a payroll environmentResponsibilities of role:Receive and process salary input pertaining to various rolesAdminister and process medical aid, provident fund and pension fund documentation for new appointments and terminationsReconcile differences between CAMAF payments and billingEnsure all changes have been properly processed on the VIP payroll systemCheck and sign off relevant departments at period closeUpdate leave records on an ongoing basisAssist with preparation and distribution of monthly reportsPrint ad hoc reports from VIP as requestedLiaise with partners and senior management in local offices i.r.o. payroll sign off queries and follow-upsAttend to preparation of requisitions for ad hoc paymentsOther payroll related duties may be assignedSkill sets required:Proficiency in ExcelSound organisation and administration skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsBe accurate and detail orientedBe deadline drivenAgencies please note: This recruitment assignment is being managed directly by PwC's Talent Acquisition team.
