As a Finance Graduate for the South African commercial business, you will be driving accurate and timely reporting of the following responsibilities:
Ensure quality financial processes, systems, and tools are introduced and maintained to support the business's cross-functional teams.Provide financial support to the annual forecasting and budgeting processes, working closely with GCC.Assist in providing financial control and monthly analysis of actual results vs budgets and forecasts.Set up cost center reports to administer cost center review meetings with cost center owners.Review internal control tests performed by GCC for selected commercial controls.Perform management monitoring controls as requested within the Commercial Finance framework.Assist the SA Finance business partner with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting.Assist with preparation and posting of adhoc journals.Set up expense trackers across Marketing and Opex expenses.Ensure that there are SOPs/Knowledge Documents to support the systems and processes.Completion and acknowledgment of relevant SOPs and e-learning.To recognize your dedication, energy, and effort, benefits include: An annual bonus linked to performance.Employee recognition through our global scheme which rewards exceptional achievements.On-the-job experience and formal and informal training and development, delivered through a mixture of coaching, mentoring, and formal training programmes.Health and wellbeing programmes to take care of your physical and mental health.We're the people changing the future of everyday health. So you will be someone who has: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver timeously on deadlines.Ability to grasp concepts quickly and take ownership of your own learning.Display initiative by proactively seeking solutions to challenges.Good written and spoken English.To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity: Education required: Minimum BCom Accounting, preferably completing CIMA qualification.Extensive experience in MS Office (Good working knowledge of Excel).Good academic transcripts are essential; we will not consider anyone below 60%.
