If so, our client, located in the western region of Johannesburg, is currently seeking a dedicated Finance Franchise Manager to join their finance team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing their performance, and actively participating in day-to-day operations to ensure the team achieves its objectives. Your duties will encompass various aspects of financial management within the dealership, including but not limited to vehicle floorplan analysis, reconciliation, management, and reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain the financial health and ensure compliance across all dealership operations.Duties:Overseeing cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stabilityDeveloping strategic plans and forecasts to guide financial decision-makingManaging timely and accurate payments to vendors, suppliers, and creditorsEnsuring accurate reconciliation of bank accounts to maintain financial accuracyConducting daily reviews of dealership performance to identify opportunities and challengesAnalysing, reconciling, managing, and reporting on vehicle floorplan financing to optimize inventory managementAnalysing and managing aging accounts receivable and payable to maintain healthy financial relationshipsMonitoring and managing outstanding cash balances across all divisions and accountsCompiling and analysing reports on work in progress to monitor project statuses and resource allocationManaging the submission and processing of service plans and claims for efficient customer serviceHandling the submission and processing of warranty claims to ensure customer satisfaction and complianceMonitoring inventory aging and maintaining accurate lists of vehicle stock, parts, and accessories to optimize inventory turnoverManaging transactions and documentation related to cash vehicle salesMaintaining control and accuracy over the fixed assets register to ensure compliance and asset managementCalculating, managing, and disbursing commissions accurately and promptlyJob Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:MatricBCom AccountingCTACA(SA)Experience:Completed SAICA articles3 – 4 years post article experienceMotor vehicle dealership experience PREFERRED!
