If you're ready for a challenging role where your financial management expertise can shine, this opportunity is for you.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Financial Management Mastery: Lead the financial planning, management, and accounting functions, ensuring adherence to international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and statutory regulations.Asset Oversight: Take charge of managing and controlling our assets register, ensuring meticulous accounting of current, fixed, and intangible assets.Strategic Planning: Drive the financial planning and budgeting process to support our strategic objectives and facilitate informed decision-making.Reporting Expertise: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and management reports in compliance with IFRS, providing vital insights to the managing board and Head Office.Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk assessment models and controls on a daily basis to minimize exposure, including credit, currency, and exchange rate risks.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Equivalent; Honours Degree preferred.3 years' experience as a Financial Manager, ideally in an engineering environment.
