Finance Director Job Description:The Finance Director will be in charge of overseeing the financial operations of the company, reporting to senior management. Duties and Responsibilities:Analyze financial trends and economic indicatorsCollaborate with various departments on budgeting and strategic planningMonitor profitability and expenses, taking corrective actions as neededEnsure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standardsImplement internal controls and address any audit findingsSkills and Qualifications:CA(SA) and CIMA qualifications preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in a management roleStrong business partnering skills requiredPrior experience as a Statutory Finance DirectorSystem Exposure:Experience with Hyperion (HFM) is a plus
