#BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionProcess and verify financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.Ensure accurate and timely data entry into accounting systems.Maintain organized records of all financial documents.Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment of vendors.Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support.Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax consultants.Maintain petty cash records and ensure accurate replenishment.Prepare and file statutory returns, such as taxes and contributions.Handle confidential financial information with integrity.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with local financial regulations and tax laws.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
