Finance Controller

Rotation: 10 weeks on, 3 weeks off Location: Kibali, DRC Key Responsibilities: Own the balance sheet, P&L, and all technical accounting duties Address and resolve queries from DRC tax authorities Ensure timely and accurate monthly finance reporting Implement and enforce strict finance procedures Develop and evaluate profit plans for new business ventures Analyse financial performance trends and recommend improvements Identify and mitigate key financial risks within the group Collaborate with the Group finance team and local finance teams Provide innovative solutions to reduce costs and enhance financial performance Qualifications Required: 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally with audit exposure Finance Degree (BCom, BCompt, CIMA or CA) Proficiency in SAP ERP systems (a plus) Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Strong presentation skills and ability to thrive under pressure Personal Attributes: Hands-on approach with a keen understanding of operations Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable Strategic thinker with excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines How to Apply: If you meet the above requirements, please send your resume DIRECTLY
