We are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Finance Clerk to join our finance team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial records processing transactions and ensuring accuracy in all financial operations.
Tasks Key Responsibilities: Process invoices payments and financial transactions.
Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
Prepare and submit financial reports including income statements and balance sheets.
Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Assist with VAT returns and other taxrelated duties.
Respond to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Perform general administrative tasks related to finance as required.
Requirements Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent with a qualification in finance or accounting (preferred).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and accounting software (e.g.
Pastel QuickBooks).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
