Key requirement Practical experience with SAP system Numerical skills Great written, verbal and interpersonal skills Matric qualification and experience in finance or similar Key responsibility Managing the purchasing process within an organization Work with vendors to place orders, negotiate prices and terms of sale, and ensure that products and services are delivered on time and as promised Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time Monitor inventory and processing orders for stock replenishment Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely Update all records of purchased products (GRN)
