Finance Clerk

Position Description:An established manufacturing company, in the leisure clothing and specialist protective clothing sector, is looking for a Finance Clerk to join their team.
The role includes Debtors, Creditors, Stock Control, as well as processing up to Trial BalanceQualification / Experience:Matric / Grade 12Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)5+ years in a similar roleStrong Debtors / Creditors / Stock experienceResponsibilities:Creditors:Reconcile Creditors AccountsProcess invoices and credit notes as requiredSend statements and follow-up to confirm receiptProduce payment list as neededProduce payment list for outstanding payments as requestedDebtors:Process invoices and reconcile Debtors accountsProduce age analysisFollow-up on outstanding paymentsBookkeeping:Process cashbook up to Trial BalanceWeekly KPI reportsCheck accuracy of P&LIdentify financial risksReview CAPEX expenditureOversee daily financial controlsStock:Process GRVsResponsible for daily / weekly stock adjustmentsInventory cycle counts managed, including damaged stockPallet control (inbound and outbound)Stocktake
